Kemess Mine Recruitment Northgate owns and operates the Kemess mine, a large open-pit gold and copper mining operation located in north-central British Columbia, approximately 300 kilometres northwest of Mackenzie.
Kemess is a fly in/fly out operation with a 5,000' lighted airstrip, 540 room camp, first aid, exercise and recreation facilities. Flights are provided from Prince George and Smithers for employees on the 2x2 work schedule. Depending on availability, flights are provided from Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Williams Lake, Prince George and Smithers for employees on the 4x3 work schedule.

Young-Davidson Recruitment
Young-Davidson is an underground and open-pit gold development project located near the town of Matachewan, Ontario, approximately 65 km west of Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and is owned 100% by Northgate. Currently, a new ramp is being installed along with dewatering of the old shaft. At this time, six surface diamond drills are delineating ore with a seventh drill due to start from underground in September 2007.
